The winners of each group will automatically qualify for the Quarter Finals. In the event of teams finishing on equal points in a group, the tie shall be decided by the following means and in the order specified:
- Where two teams only involved – the outcome of the meetings of the two teams in the group.
- Score difference – subtracting the total scores against from the total scores for.
- Highest total for.
- Highest total goals for.
- A Play Off.
Play Off Round: 23-25 August
Quarter Finals: 6-8 September (Neutral Venues)
Semi Finals: 13-15 September (Neutral Venues)
Junior Championship Final: 29 September 2019, Athletic Grounds
